계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청
LessonIt 계정 또는 저장한 데이터의 삭제를 원하면 가입에 사용한 이메일에서 odori.lab@gmail.com으로 요청해 주세요.
계정 이메일, 로그인 방식(Google 또는 Apple), 삭제를 원하는 범위(계정 전체 또는 특정 기록)를 알려주세요. Apple 이메일 가리기를 사용했고 가입에 사용한 가리기 이메일을 알고 있다면 함께 알려주세요. 이를 몰라도 삭제 요청을 접수할 수 있습니다. 본인 확인에 필요한 절차는 회신으로 안내합니다.
삭제 이유는 필요하지 않습니다. 비밀번호·인증번호·로그인 토큰·신분증·원본 녹음을 보내지 마세요.
LessonIt 계정 삭제와 앱 마켓 구독 해지는 별도입니다. 구독 해지는 구독한 앱 마켓의 구독 관리에서 진행해 주세요. 이 요청은 Google 또는 Apple 계정 자체의 삭제 요청이 아닙니다.
삭제되는 데이터
본인 확인 후 계정 전체 삭제를 처리하면 LessonIt 계정과 로그인 연결, 저장한 레슨·연습 기록, 녹음·선택 파일, 전사·요약 결과, 악보와 앱 설정을 삭제 대상으로 처리합니다. 특정 기록만 요청한 경우에는 요청한 기록과 그에 연결된 파일·생성 결과를 삭제합니다.
보관되는 데이터와 기간
- 삭제된 파일은 사고 복구를 위해 최대 7일간 복구 가능한 상태로 남은 뒤 자동 파기됩니다.
- 기본 운영 로그는 장애·보안 대응을 위해 30일간 보관합니다.
- 삭제 완료 증명과 삭제된 계정의 작업 재처리 차단에 필요한 최소 기록(계정 식별자, 삭제 상태·시각)은 LessonIt 서비스 운영 기간 동안 보관합니다. 녹음·전사·요약 본문은 이 기록에 남기지 않습니다.
- 표시·광고 기록은 6개월, 계약·청약철회·대금결제·서비스 공급 기록은 5년, 소비자 불만·분쟁 기록은 3년간 관련 법령에 따라 분리 보관할 수 있습니다.
- 구매·구독 기록과 그 기록을 계정에 연결하는 최소 식별자는 구독 종료와 정산에 필요한 기간 동안 보관하며, 법정 거래기록에 해당하면 최대 5년간 분리 보관할 수 있습니다.
- 앱 마켓이 보관하는 구매·구독 기록과 Google 또는 Apple 계정은 이 삭제 요청의 대상이 아닙니다.

Account and data deletion requests
To request deletion of your LessonIt account or stored records, email odori.lab@gmail.com from your registered email address. Include your account email, sign-in method (Google or Apple), and whether you want the entire account or specific records deleted. If you used Hide My Email and know the relay address used at sign-up, you may include it, but it is not required to submit a deletion request. We will reply with the steps needed to verify account ownership.
You do not need to give a reason. Never send passwords, verification codes, login tokens, identity documents or original recordings. Deleting a LessonIt account does not cancel an app-store subscription or delete your Google or Apple account. Manage subscriptions through the store where you subscribed.
Data deleted and retained
A full-account request covers your LessonIt account and sign-in link, lesson and practice records, recordings and selected files, transcripts and summaries, scores, and app settings. A request for specific records covers those records and their linked files and generated results.
- Deleted files may remain recoverable for up to 7 days for incident recovery and are then automatically purged.
- Default operational logs are retained for 30 days for reliability and security.
- A minimal deletion record (account identifier, deletion status and timestamps) is retained while LessonIt operates to prove deletion and stop deleted work from being processed again. It does not contain recording, transcript or summary content.
- Records may be retained separately where required by law: advertising records for 6 months; contract, cancellation, payment and service-supply records for 5 years; and consumer complaint or dispute records for 3 years.
- Purchase and subscription records, together with the minimal identifier needed to link them to an account, are retained for subscription termination and reconciliation. If they form part of legally required transaction records, they may be retained separately for up to 5 years.
- App-store purchase records and your Google or Apple account are outside this request.
